TRAI has revamped its MyCall mobile app, which allows users to assess and rate the voice calling experience. It is currently available for Android users through the Google Play Store. The app now allows users to give an instant rating of voice calls through a simple 1-5 star feedback system. It also lets users report specific issues such as call drops, echo during calls, audio delay, cross-connection, and voice breaking, among others.
