Spotify has announced Track Reactions, a new feature for collaborative playlists that lets users respond to songs with emoji reactions. Contributors can choose from six emoji, including a heart, thumbs up and fire, with reactions appearing next to tracks for other collaborators to see. The feature is limited to collaborative playlists and includes notifications when connected users react to songs. Spotify will make Track Reactions available to users aged 16 and older on Free and Premium plans, with a gradual rollout planned in selected markets.
