Petrol, diesel prices today, 23 July: Petrol and diesel prices across India remained unchanged even as Brent crude climbed to $95.5 per barrel, its highest level in more than six weeks, amid mounting concerns that the escalating conflict in the Middle East could disrupt global oil supplies.
