MediaTek may launch the Dimensity 8600 later this year as a major upgrade to its upper mid-range chipset lineup. According to a tipster, the chip will use a 3nm process and a redesigned architecture. Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi, and Honor are said to be testing devices powered by the new processor. Some of these phones could feature batteries larger than 10,000mAh. Honor Power 3 is tipped as one possible model that may debut with the Dimensity 8600.
