Malviya Nagar fire LIVE: At least 21 people were killed after a major fire broke out at a restaurant in Delhi's Malviya Nagar on Wednesday. Officials said several of the victims were foreign nationals, mostly from Central Asia and Africa. More than 40 people have been rescued so far, police added.
