It is a cross-device continuity tool that is designed to let users start work in an app on one Android device and continue the same task on another device within their Android ecosystem. The company has shared videos demonstrating the Continue On feature. Google's Continue On update appears to be similar to Apple's Handoff. At launch, the feature will initially support transitions between smartphones and tablets.
