Prateek Yadav's postmortem revealed a massive lung blood vessel blockage caused his heart and respiratory system to collapse. Doctors preserved his heart, lung clot, and viscera for forensic and chemical analysis to determine the clot's origin and any contributing factors. Six antemortem injuries were also noted, with their nature yet to be conclusively determined.
